When you purchase our product, payment is processed immediately at checkout and your order ships within 1-2 business days from our current inventory.

You can cancel your order at any time before it ships by contacting us at support@duettechnology.com.

Once your order has shipped, you cannot cancel it, but you can request a return or exchange. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.
