Which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship only to the U.S. If you live elsewhere, stay tuned for future updates on international availability.
How much does shipping cost?
Once you enter your shipping address, you’ll see the exact cost before placing your order. We charge standard carrier rates with no extra markup.

What if my order never arrives or arrives damaged?
Contact us immediately if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged. We’ll investigate with the carrier and either locate your shipment or send a replacement. Please provide your order info (and photos, if damaged) so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Can I change or cancel my order after purchase?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us to update the shipping address or cancel your order. If it’s already en route, we can help you initiate a return once it arrives.

It’s very easy—simply snap on your preferred attachment, power on, and you’re ready to cut. We include quick-start instructions, plus video guides online.
Where can I learn how to use the Switch 1.0? Is there a user manual?

Are these clippers suitable for all hair types?
Absolutely. Whether it’s tight curls, coarse hair, waves, or straight textures, Switch 1.0 provides smooth, consistent performance.
How does the cooling technology work?
A built-in AI-powered motor and heat sensor regulate internal temperatures in real time, so the system stays cool without slowing you down.
Do I need to turn off the cooling manually?
No. The cooling feature is fully automatic—it operates during use and idles between clients.
Is the Switch 1.0 cordless?
Switch 1.0 is a corded system designed to deliver consistent, uninterrupted power every time you cut—no batteries to worry about mid-session.
Maintenance & Blades
Here's how to maintain your clipper properly.
How do I care for my Switch 1.0?
Brush off hair and debris after each cut, oil the blades regularly, and store your tools in a clean, dry space. Avoid submerging the clipper in water. If needed, use a disinfectant spray or wipe (compatible with clippers) between clients.
How often should I oil the blades?
Before every session. If you’re cutting nonstop, re-oil the blades every few clients to keep them running smoothly.
How long do the ceramic blades last?
With proper care, ceramic blades can last much longer than typical steel ones—often months rather than weeks. When they finally dull, we offer replacement blades in our store.
Can I replace the blades myself?
Yes. Simply pop off the old blade and click on the new one—it’s a quick, tool-free process.
Can I use third-party blades or guards?
No. The Switch 1.0 uses a proprietary blade and guard system specifically calibrated for our motor and cooling technology. Third-party parts can compromise performance and will void your warranty.
Warranty, Returns & Support

Do the clippers come with a warranty?
Yes. Every Switch 1.0 is backed by a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Keep your proof of purchase or order number on hand if you ever need service.
What if something breaks or doesn’t work during the warranty period?
Contact our support team with details (and photos if possible). If it’s a covered issue, we’ll repair or replace the defective part free of charge. We want to get you back to cutting as quickly as possible.
What if my Switch 1.0 has problems after the 1-year warranty expires?
We offer replacement parts—like blades and attachments—for normal wear and tear. Though we don’t currently provide a formal out-of-warranty repair service, most components are modular and can be easily swapped. Our support team will guide you through the best fix or recommend your options.
What’s your return policy?
We have a 15-day satisfaction guarantee. If you’re unhappy for any reason, return your product in like-new condition (with all original parts and packaging). Once we’ve inspected it, we’ll process your refund quickly, typically within 7 business days.
How do I request a return or file a warranty claim?
Visit our Returns & Support page or email support@duettechnology.com. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a description of the issue. Our team will walk you through the next steps.
Is the warranty transferable if I sell or gift my Switch 1.0?
No. The warranty applies only to the original purchaser. If you received it as a gift, you’ll need the original order info or proof of purchase to file a claim.

How is Switch 1.0 different from traditional clippers?
Many clippers overheat or lose power, requiring constant downtime or backup units. Switch 1.0 uses intelligent cooling, a robust motor, and modular attachments to keep you cutting comfortably and efficiently.
Can Switch 1.0 replace my entire toolkit?
Yes, it’s a clipper, trimmer, and eventually a shaver in one, reducing clutter, preventing overheating, and providing everything you need in one device.

Because that community truly sets the culture. These barbers often work longer sessions and handle a diverse range of hair textures. Switch 1.0 is designed to keep up—staying cool and maintaining pro performance under heavy use.
Will you ever ship internationally?
We hear you, global barbers! While we currently ship only within the U.S., we do plan to expand. Watch our website or follow us on social for announcements. Until then, orders placed or shipped outside of our official regions are not eligible for return or warranty service.
