Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

After your order has been processed and shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 2-5 business days depending on your destination. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier availability, and weather conditions.

We ship to all 50 United States and select international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and your delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $100.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer service team at support@duettechnology.com.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may be incurred for international shipments. These additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
